Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of portfolio properties, ensuring alignment with projections and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with property management teams to implement value-enhancing strategies that reflect the firm's commitment to excellence.
• Prepare regular performance reports and updates for internal stakeholders and investors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to inform asset management strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with all parties involved in asset management, including property managers and external partners.
• Analyze market conditions to identify optimal timing for potential asset disposition, aligning with the firm's investment objectives.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies for the recapitalization of assets to maximize returns for investors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis (Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with multifamily property types
